- With hosts: When you make a booking, we share your name, contact details, and booking information with the relevant property host so they can prepare for your stay.

We retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Booking records are typically kept for up to 2 years. If you would like us to delete your information earlier, please contact us.
